The findings highlight robust clinical documentation and adherence to treatment guidelines, while also identifying opportunities to strengthen microbiology-guided prescribing. This work underscores our commitment to evidence-based practice, patient safety, and alignment with global efforts to combat antimicrobial resistance, finally, this survey was successfully conducted by the AMS Research Group.
